So I tried to use Picasa as the icon is on my school computer desktop. It would be useful if I know how to use it and then I can promote it to the students who come in to use the program. Unfortunately, after I created an account (which is apparently linked to Google), I could not figure out how to embed photos on my blog as a slideshow...
Although the good thing is that Picasa is online and can be downloaded for free. It has photoshop editing capabilities so interesting photos can be created!
I want to check out Flickr next to see what's different.
I was talking to my school teachie today and he said that Picasa can be difficult to download on! I am also learning that there is sometimes more than one way to post a picture or video.
ReplyDeleteI totally sympathize with you on the frustrations and difficulty of embedding a slideshow. Size apparently does matter. Too big is not so good on free sites unless you pay. I had an easier time with the video as I kept the size down but when I tried to post too many on one post - failure!
Your Flickr is nice! You kept it short because of the limitations by Flickr? I would love to see more:)
